Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This page explains what information CTLYST Digital collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send us an inquiry. The form on our home page asks for your name, your email address and, if you want, a message. When you press send, those details are emailed to the two partners who run CTLYST Digital, using Cloudflare’s email sending service, so we can reply to you.
When you visit the site. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare processes standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type (user agent), to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our spam protection may also use your IP address to limit how often a form can be sent.
Cookies and tracking
Right now we do not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or third-party scripts.
The site saves one small note in your own browser (in local storage, under the name ctlyst:intro-seen) so you do not have to watch the opening animation again for a week. It stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
If we add advertising or analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and continue the conversation you started.
- To run our business, for example to keep track of projects we discuss with you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle the conversation with you. If you would like us to delete them, just ask, and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you live in a place with its own privacy laws, such as the European Union or United Kingdom (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you may have extra rights under those laws, and we will respect them where they apply.
To make a request, reply to any email you have received from us, or send us a message through the form on our home page.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, such as adding analytics or advertising tools, we will make it clear on the site.
